Senior Conference Producer – Legal Markets
London City – International Travel
Salary – Up to £35,000 + Bonus

The Role –
Conference Producers are responsible for the research, development, management and onsite facilitation of Legal business conferences, these are based globally. Ideally the client is seeking someone with a background within legal services or a legal graduate with a conference background.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and in person research with potential attendees in a target market to develop conference agendas
• Analyse research and use critical thinking to develop commercial conference programmes that meet the stated needs of the market
• Identify, invite and confirm appropriate speakers for conferences
• Write marketing copy for promotional conference brochures, and other mailing pieces
• Conduct on-going research within assigned area to further industry knowledge and develop potential new conference ideas
• Establish and maintain relationships with key professionals, industry leaders, senior executives and media within relevant vertical markets
• Service customers in a professional, service-oriented manner during execution of daily work and onsite at conferences
• Attend and oversee conferences, including providing opening introduction, speaker assistance and support

Employment Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred (LLB., MBA, etc.) or equivalent
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
