Head of LSE Conferences – Mandarin Speaker
Up to £40,000 Dependant on Exp. + Profit Share

My Client…Is a young thriving research firm and community host focusing on a specific niche tech & infrastructure markets telecom infrastructure market, due to unrivalled success the client is now seeking a “Head of Large Scale Conferences” to take on responsibility of continuing the success of this growing brand. The client has re-invented the events business, blended it with the best in market research, and created a community platform.
The Role…You will take over as Head of Asia in particular China region lead project teams (although you’ll have no direct reports) organising an annual Meetup for the top 250 decision makers within the sector as well as devising the agenda, recruiting ~20 speakers & 40 round table hosts.. You will be the opening speaker at your own event.
Background…The client is ideally looking for be a fast-rising, research-oriented conference producer. You might be an experienced conference professional who wants to evolve their role toward something more research-oriented, but perhaps prefers to fit that around a family-oriented lifestyle. You might be a market analyst or an editor. You need at least a 2:1 degree and a minimum of two years’ experience but more experienced candidates will also be considered. It doesn’t matter where you live as long as you can work from home productively and speak fluent English & Mandarin. Flexible working hours, will consider part time as long as you can work minimum of three days per week.
