My Client –
Is traditionally regarded as one of the biggest most successful media businesses, with offices globally covering Publishing, Events & Business Intelligence across a number of sectors including Sport, Energy, and Trade & Finance.
Duties & Responsibilities –
• Manage the end to end candidate recruitment process through all channels (inc. external agencies, online job boards & recruitment events)
• Looking after a number of internal positions at all levels including –Sales Operations/Logistics, Marketing, Conference Production, Editorial & Business Analysts.
• Managing all advertising on job sites and through liaising with line managers /directors where applicable
• Initial screening of candidates via phone, face to face to assess suitability for the role.
• Be the initial point of contact for agencies and candidates.
• Using initiatives where possible including candidate referrals, social media (Linked In etc.) & Headhunting.
• Keeping abreast of recruitment legislation & HR issues to do with the Employment industry.
Skills & Experience Required –
• Ideally you will have minimum 2 years recruitment experience (preferred B2b) within a Recruitment Agency/Consultancy or “In House” role
• Strong communicator able to build rapport with candidates at all levels
• Able to juggle a number of roles at all levels at once
• Strong Networking expertise
• High work ethic with a “can do attitude”
• Able to work on own initiatives as well as part of a team.
• Professionalism at all times
