The Role….
This is a unique new opportunity within the client’s ever growing Oil & Gas team responsible for the development and delivery of large scale B2B conferences for the sector, this will involve production as well as managing projects day to day with plenty of client facing involved.

Experience Required….
The candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years commercial production experience in both launch and established products ideally within the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce commercial launch and established oil and gas conferences in line with the requirements of the business
• From primary and secondary market research (both on the telephone and through face to face meetings) select, invite and secure high level speakers to cover all the key issues with the aim of creating large scale events
• Be capable of writing benefits based copy for commercially led brochures and marketing campaigns
• Be capable of briefing sales, marketing and operations teams at the start of projects and leading the project team for the life of the schedule
• Be capable of validating launch topics in line with market requirements and the commercial needs of the business
• Become a key point of contact for the projects produced, a recognised name in the sector with stakeholders from government and the private sector
• Proactively identify and build relationships with new key clients with commercial awareness for developing new revenue streams
• Conduct in-depth market and industry research to develop strong knowledge of industry sector
