The Role….
This is an exciting position in a niche market for a confident and outstanding conference producer with at least 12 months experience of proven conference production. The candidate will be required to travel internationally to destinations and not limited to Asia Pacific, China, Russia, Middle East, US and Europe throughout the year.

Duties…
• Day-to-day responsibility for the organisation and management of your global portfolio of private bespoke events tailored for ultra-affluent business owning families and their family offices throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the America’s.

• Produce (to deadlines), project manage and attend a series of high profile conferences, events and workshops around the world ensuring that all deliverables are met.

• Plan and conduct pivotal industry research including telephone research, one-on-one meetings, networking meetings and interviews with leading figure-heads within the industry

• Create robust and pertinent conference programmes that are innovative and unique and above all offer a nucleus and value to attract attendees.

• Acquire and brief world class, relevant and appropriate speakers and then manage speakers’ liaisons in the building up of the event through to its completion.

• Work closely with marketing team to maximise and develop the quality of the audience and write marketing briefs, identify potential partners and supporters as well as produce copy for all marketing collaterals.

• Write a detailed report after each event evaluating and recognising the core debate and emerging topics for future speaker acquisition, sales and delegate audience.

• Assist with the proofing of the conference work book and presentations

• Keep up-to-date with current affairs

The role:-
